Floresville Peanut Festival Parade, 2009

Air ascended and condensed…a water droplet coalesced…then another and another.

Droplets became rivulets…rivulets became rivers…rivers merged into oceans and interleaved with the land.

A breath of moisture and a dry seed soon began life. A single bloom, then multitudes appeared…their overwhelming beauty drawing sea creatures, land dwellers, and birds from the skies. Consider all these creatures…gifts from God…to reason that humankind is only a fleeting part of a greater creation.

Come with me now on a magical, mystical journey to lands afar, and to unchartered depths of the sea…to discover the majesty, the mystery, and the wonder of countless canvasses of the creator’s hand in the enchanted gardens of the Peanut Festival Parade…
